Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and maintain the predicted LTV model in production
• Develop the model together with the product: adapt it to changes in channels, tariffs and product logics
• Develop a pROAS framework for marketing solutions: payback, channel targets, and scaling rules
• Forecast marketing budget and simulate scenarios
• Develop predictive models for related business tasks, such as lead scoring, churn, or account value
• Document logic, versions, quality, and constraints of models
  

  Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Data Science or analytics with predictive models
• Strong Python (pandas, scikit-learn, LightGBM) and SQL
• fundamental basis in statistics and ML: model validation, selection of quality metrics, uncertainty estimation
• Experience in bringing models to working condition: reproducibility, versioning, retraining and monitoring
• Ability to turn a model into a decision-making tool and clearly explain its results and limitations to non-technical stakeholders

• Experience with subscription and payment data
• Practical experience in the design and analysis of incrementality experiments
• Experience with BigQuery and dbt
