Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional care to residents, including wound management and medication administration.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement tailored care plans.
- Provide leadership by supervising and delegating tasks to nursing staff.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of resident care.
- Create a positive and supportive environment for residents, families, and colleagues.
Requirements
- Valid nursing license and registration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills for effective documentation.
- Strong team collaboration abilities and a compassionate approach to care.
