In Safe Hands Care and Support LTD is looking for caring, compassionate and kind individuals to join its growing care team, working in Sheffield, Rotherham and surrounding areas.

As a Community Support Worker, you will assist clients with day-to-day activities, including personal care, medication support, meal preparation, cleaning, shopping and community outings.
No previous care experience is required, as full training and support will be provided.

Main Responsibilities
As a Community Support Worker, your responsibilities will include:

Assisting clients with day-to-day activities.

Providing personal care, including washing and bathing.
-
Supporting clients with oral care.
-
Assisting with dressing.
-
Supporting toileting and incontinence needs.
-
Providing medication support.
-
Helping with meal preparation.
-
Carrying out cleaning duties.
-
Assisting clients with shopping.
-
Taking clients out when required.
Job Requirements
In Safe Hands Care and Support LTD is looking for individuals who are:

Caring, compassionate and kind.

Flexible with working hours.
-
Willing to work alternate weekends and some bank holidays.

Able to support clients with personal care and daily living activities.
Experience: No previous experience is required, as full training and support will be provided.
Driving Licence: A full driving licence is preferred but not essential.
DBS Check: A full DBS check will be carried out on successful applicants.
Working Hours and Shift Patterns
Every day is different, with busy working periods between:

Morning Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Afternoon/Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Flexibility is beneficial.
Applicants will also be required to work alternate weekends and some bank holidays.
Training and Support
In Safe Hands Care and Support LTD provides full training and support to successful applicants.
Previous care experience is not required.
