Role Overview
Active Care Group is seeking a Support Worker to assist a male client with epilepsy in his own home and within the community. The role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in someone’s life through compassionate and person-centred support.
Location: Caerwys
Shift Pattern:

2 x Day Shifts per week

8:00am – 5:30pm
-
19 hours per week
No previous experience is required as full training, shadow shifts, and ongoing support are provided.
Key Responsibilities

Provide daily support to the client in his home and during community activities.

Ensure the client’s safety and wellbeing at all times.

Maintain clear and respectful communication.

Follow care plans and guidance from the Care Manager.
Candidate Requirements

Flexibility and reliability.
Experience is not required — full training and support will be provided.
