Company Overview
ThinkHub is a growing multi-hub business operating across education, marketing, and technical support. We are entering an exciting expansion phase and are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to help us grow our client base across all ThinkHub hubs.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident selling services, comfortable with outreach, and motivated by commission and performance.

ThinkHub operates across three core hubs:

This role supports all three hubs, with most day-to-day work sitting under ThinkHub Marketing, particularly when delivering sales services for clients.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for generating, managing, and converting leads across ThinkHub’s services. This is a sales-focused role with a strong emphasis on outreach, conversion, and revenue generation.
You will also work on client-facing sales campaigns under ThinkHub Marketing when businesses engage us for sales support.
Key Responsibilities

Actively source and convert new clients for all ThinkHub hubs

Carry out cold outreach via calls, emails, WhatsApp and LinkedIn

Follow up warm leads and enquiries and close sales

Deliver sales activity for ThinkHub Marketing clients where required

Maintain accurate records of leads, pipelines, and conversions

Represent ThinkHub professionally with parents, students, businesses, and partners

Support marketing campaigns with sales-focused execution

Work closely with the founder to refine sales processes and offers
Candidate Profile

Confident communicator with strong persuasion skills

Comfortable with cold calls, outreach, and follow-ups

Sales-driven, resilient, and target-focused

Organised and able to manage multiple pipelines

Able to work independently in a fast-growing business

Experience in sales, marketing, recruitment, customer success, or outreach is highly desirable

Interest in education, digital services, or start-ups is a plus
Pay & Commission Structure

Base pay (discussed based on experience)

Commission-led earnings – majority of income earned through sales performance
