Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Representative to support our growing online travel services team. Responsibilities
- Input and update cruise itinerary, pricing, and customer details into database systems.
- Organize and maintain digital records in spreadsheets and CRM platforms.
- Verify accuracy of travel and cruise data before entry.
- Assist with categorizing and tagging cruise information for internal use.
- Respond to occasional team requests for data corrections and clarifications.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer information.
Requirements
- Accuracy & Speed: Strong attention to detail with the ability to type quickly and accurately.
- Self-Starter: Able to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
