Requirements
- Proven experience as a technical writer or technical content marketer, preferably in an agency or B2B marketing environment
- Direct experience with ERP systems (implementation, customization, integrations, or user workflows), IT, cloud solutions, managed services, and/or cybersecurity
- Strong ability to write marketing-facing technical content, including blogs, landing pages, case studies, and sales collateral
- Experience translating technical concepts into clear, benefit-driven messaging for non-technical audiences
- Ability to collaborate with designers, marketers, developers, and subject-matter experts
- Strong storytelling and editing skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients, voices, and content types simultaneously
