The Operations Assistant will support day-to-day workflow across multiple departments, ensuring tasks, communication, and processes run smoothly in a fully remote environment. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, adaptable, and confident supporting cross-functional operations.

Responsibilities
- Assist with coordinating daily operational tasks, priorities, and follow-ups
- Maintain documentation, track project milestones, and organize digital files
- Support communication between departments and ensure timely information flow
- Handle data entry, reporting, and light process tracking as assigned
- Assist with onboarding steps, collecting documents, and coordinating internal access for new team members
- Provide general administrative and operational support to leadership and staff
Qualifications
- Prior experience in operations, administrative support, or workflow coordination preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and remote collaboration platforms (Teams, Zoom, Slack, etc.)
- Reliable home office environment with stable internet connection
