Make a Difference Where It Matters Most

Bespoke Health and Social Care is seeking two compassionate and reliable Female Support Workers (one for day shifts and one for night shifts) on a full-time or part-time basis. The successful candidates will join a dedicated care team supporting a woman with complex medical needs in her family home.

While she requires ongoing medical support for a tracheostomy and PEG, the role extends beyond clinical care — it’s about helping her live the best, most fulfilling life possible.

Whether assisting with daily routines or supporting her to enjoy simple pleasures, your presence will make a real impact.

Clinical experience is not required, but previous experience in a care setting is essential. Full training will be provided.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll provide 1:1 support as part of a small, close-knit team focused on delivering safe, respectful, and empowering care.
