About the Role
Ann Mason Care is seeking kind, reliable, and compassionate individuals to join its growing team as Care Assistants.
The role involves providing both personal and practical support to clients, helping them live with dignity, independence, and comfort in their own homes.
No prior experience is required, as full paid training, mentoring, and professional development are provided.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver person-centred care and companionship in clients’ homes.

Assist with daily living tasks, including washing, dressing, meals, and medication.

Provide emotional support and companionship to reduce loneliness.

Record care notes accurately using the electronic care monitoring system.

Monitor changes in health or wellbeing and report promptly.

Promote independence, respect, and safety at all times.

Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure excellent care delivery.
What Ann Mason Care is Looking For

A caring and reliable attitude with genuine compassion for others.

Strong communication skills in spoken and written English.

Full UK driving licence and access to a car.

Right to work in the UK and over 18 years old (for personal care duties).

Flexibility, including availability for weekend shifts.

A positive attitude, reliability, and team spirit.
Experience as a Care Assistant, Home Carer, Community Support Worker, or Domiciliary Carer is desirable but not essential.
