We are headquartered in San Francisco, while our international team is fully distributed, stretching across 10+ time zones. We are on a mission to remove the role of geographical borders as a barrier to equal opportunities and freedom for everyone. And we are doing that by creating simple and innovative insurance products for remote workers worldwide, as a replacement for national welfare systems.

We provide 24/7 support to our members and work with a ‘follow the sun’ model. That means we don’t do night shifts. While we work remotely, we have a friendly and helpful global team, and we’re  looking for someone who is a joy to work with.

Responsibilities

  • Help members via live chat, email, and phone
  • Answer questions, solve problems, and explain things simply
  • Proactively spot ways to improve our customer experience

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Has excellent English language skills (written and spoken).
  • Has the ability to work independently and be a problem-solver.
  • Is comfortable working on weekends (usual shifts are between 4 and 8 hours long).
  • Is available for a fixed 28-hour a week schedule – with flexibility to take on additional hours up to 40 hours a week based on team needs.
  • Extra shine if you have experience with insurance, customer service, or healthcare.
  • Is comfortable working within the EMEA timezones.
