Responsibilities
- Create and schedule social media posts using Canva across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Manage and optimize Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns
- Conduct SEO research and implement on-page/off-page optimization strategies
- Support sales and marketing efforts — lead generation, follow-ups, and CRM updates
- Assist with content planning and reporting analytics for growth campaigns
- Handle other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or Digital Marketing Assistant
- Proficiency in Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Google Ads Manager
- Understanding of SEO best practices and keyword tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Reliable internet connection and availability for 40 hours per week
