We’re a boutique operations firm supporting a founder-led holding company with several active ventures — a trade contractor membership community, an apparel brand, and a podcast. Our client is building fast and needs someone who can help keep things moving without needing a lot of hand-holding to do it.

This role starts as executive assistant support and has a real path toward an operator role on one of the active ventures for the right person.

Job Overview

  • Job Types: Part-time
  • Work Setting:  Work from home
  • Location: Remote (Global)
  • Salary: $20 – $30 an hour
  • Employer: Auxo Business Services

Responsibilities

  • Managing calendar, inbound inquiries, and scheduling across multiple ventures
  • Drafting outreach and follow-ups on the founder’s behalf
  • Tracking open items and commitments so nothing falls through the cracks
  • Research projects and coordination with a small remote team
  • Light personal assistant support — reminders, logistics, keeping the founder on track

Requirements

  • You’re proactive without being overbearing.
  • You can take incomplete information and figure out reasonable next steps.
  • You communicate quickly — not always perfectly, but consistently and promptly.

Qualifications

  • You’d rather send something imperfect and iterate than wait until it’s exactly right
  • You stay organized even when things around you aren’t
  • A fast response is your default, not your exception
  • You’re honest when you’re stuck or over capacity instead of going quiet

This is not a good fit if you need a full brief before you can start moving, or if ambiguity and shifting priorities wear you down.

NOTE

Skip the generic cover letter. Tell us in a few sentences: describe a time you were handed something incomplete and had to figure out the rest on your own. What did you do and what happened?
