From there, you’ll take ownership of tasks that don’t need me in the driver’s seat: doing research so I can make faster decisions, troubleshooting an automation or workflow in a platform, cleaning up and polishing documents or presentations, or pulling together Canva assets using our brand guidelines.

Responsibilities
- Weekly planning, brain-dump sessions, and prioritization
- Research and decision support
- Document editing, cleanup, and polish
- Presentation refinement
- Canva design tasks within established brand guidelines
- Automation and workflow troubleshooting in various platforms
- Website edits in Squarespace
- Acting as a thinking partner — asking good questions, keeping me accountable, and filtering overcommitments
Requirements
- Highly tech-savvy — comfortable jumping into platforms and figuring things out; coding not required
- Strong with Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets
- Comfortable working in Canva within established brand guidelines
- Familiar with Squarespace for basic website edits
- Excellent communicator — asks great questions, listens well, and isn’t afraid to push back
- Proactive and organized — takes ownership, follows through, and flags things before they slip
- Available during U.S. business hours, with flexibility for early afternoon calls in Mountain Time
